You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Don't share logins. One broker account per brokerage.
Plans bill monthly. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
Carrier limit per plan: Starter 5, Growth 25, Pro 60. Exceed and you'll be prompted to upgrade before the next invite is sent.
We try hard, but no service is up 100% of the time. Real-time data depends on third-party ELD providers; outages or API changes on their side may cause gaps.
TruckRoster shows you data carriers have authorized; we don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Don't rely on the dashboard alone for safety-critical decisions.
