The pain isn't email volume. It's missed capacity.

Your best carriers have trucks open right now. You're the last to know.

Every brokerage runs on a list of preferred carriers — the dispatchers you've known for years, the fleets that don't ghost you. You already trust them. But "trusted" still ends at a 7am PDF. When a Westside truck drops a load in Indy at 11am, you don't find out until somebody texts somebody. By then, your competitor across town already booked the reload.

Before

Capacity by group text.

7:02am — PDF from Westside.
9:14am — PDF from Anchor (different format).
11:31am — Mike's truck drops in Indy.
11:33am — you don't know yet.
12:08pm — your competitor books the reload.
2:14pm — Mike texts: "you had anything?"

After

Every carrier on one live map.

Mike's truck drops in Indy at 11:31. By 11:31, you see it. By 11:32, you've offered him the reload. The PDFs stopped because you stopped needing them.

The product, basically.

Every truck. Every trusted carrier. One screen.

Your roster is a live map, not a static list. Trucks update from the ELD every few minutes. HOS clocks count down in real time. Filter by carrier, lane, equipment, or hours remaining. Click a truck to see who it belongs to and how long that driver can legally roll.

What the map gives you

  • Live position from the ELD — not driver self-report.
  • Hours-of-service clock — drive, on-duty, cycle.
  • Carrier-controlled privacy — booked trucks can be hidden by the carrier.
  • Filter by carrier, equipment, or hours remaining.
  • Click any truck for who, when, and where next.
The killer feature.Rolling out 2026

Draw a box on the map. Get a ping when a truck enters it.

Lanes you cover. Customer docks. Terminals. Any shape, any size. When one of your trusted carriers' trucks crosses in or out, you hear about it — by email, by SMS, or in-app. Not "somewhere near Indy." Not "ETA-ish." A real ping the second the truck is actually there.

Three steps. Then it just runs.

From signup to a live roster, in an afternoon.

Most brokers go from invite to first truck on the map within a single business day.

Sign up and add your carriers.

Email + password gets you in. Drop in the carriers you already work with — name, email, which ELD they run. As many as you want.

Each carrier authorizes their ELD.

They get a link, click, OAuth into Motive, Samsara, Geotab, or HOS247. Two minutes per carrier. They keep full control of what trucks you see.

Your map lights up.

Trucks appear. HOS clocks start ticking. Draw a geofence around your first lane. You're live.

Free until your first carrier connects. After that: $25/mo for the first ELD, $10/mo each after. See pricing →

Everything's included.

The whole product, in one tier.

No "Pro" lockout. No enterprise upsell. The feature list is the same whether you have one carrier or fifty.

Live multi-carrier map

Every truck from every carrier you've invited, on one screen. Color-coded by carrier, filterable by anything.

HOS countdowns

Drive, on-duty, and cycle clocks straight from the ELD. Color goes green to amber to red as the clock burns down.

Draw any shape. Get pinged the moment a roster truck enters or exits. Email, SMS, or in-app.

Four ELDs, one OAuth each

Motive, Samsara, Geotab, HOS247. Carrier clicks once. We never see passwords. More vendors rolling out.

Carrier-side privacy

Carriers can hide any truck on any day. They control what you see. We don't override that — ever.

Unlimited broker seats

Your dispatchers, your sales reps, your night-shift cover — all included. No per-user pricing.

For the carriers you invite.

Your carriers will say yes. Here's why.

Trusted carriers don't hand over location data lightly — and they shouldn't. TruckRoster is built so the carrier stays in charge of what gets shared.

What the carrier controls

  • Which trucks appear on your roster
  • Which trucks are hidden when booked
  • Whether their ELD is connected at all — revoke OAuth anytime
  • Which brokers see which trucks (per-broker visibility)

What we never do

  • Sell, syndicate, or resell carrier data — full stop
  • Show locations to anyone outside the carrier's brokers
  • Call carrier drivers or contact their fleet directly
  • Store driver PII beyond what the ELD vendor returns

Most carriers we talk to say yes. They already share PDFs with you. This is just less work.

FAQ

What brokers ask before they invite their first carrier.

How long does it take a carrier to connect their ELD?

About two minutes. They click your invite link, log in to TruckRoster, click "connect Motive" (or Samsara / Geotab / HOS247), OAuth happens, and their trucks appear on your roster within the next sync cycle (we sync every 5 minutes). No paperwork, no API keys to copy.

Can carriers hide specific trucks — say, ones that are booked?

Yes. Carriers have a per-truck visibility toggle in their dashboard. A booked truck can disappear from your roster until it's free again. We treat carrier-controlled visibility as a feature, not a workaround.

What ELD vendors do you support today?

Motive, Samsara, Geotab, and HOS247 — all via official APIs. We're working on KeepTruckin legacy, Verizon Connect, Omnitracs, and EROAD. If a carrier of yours uses something else, email us and we'll move it up the list.

Can I see historical positions, or just live?

Live position plus a rolling history per truck. You can replay where a truck has been recently. Older history is available on request — we keep raw positions for audit, but they're not surfaced in the UI by default.

How accurate is the position data? How often does it refresh?

As accurate as the carrier's ELD — typically GPS at 50-meter precision, refreshed every 5 minutes. We don't smooth, interpolate, or guess. If the ELD goes dark (truck powered off, no cell), the truck shows as "stale" with the last-known timestamp.

What happens to my map when a carrier disconnects their ELD?

Their trucks disappear from the roster the next sync cycle. Your bill drops by $10–$25 the next invoice cycle (prorated). If they reconnect later, the trucks come back automatically — no setup again.

When are geofence alerts available?

The geofence drawing tool is live today — go draw any shape on your map. The alert pipeline (email/SMS/in-app when a truck crosses) is rolling out in 2026. Sign up now and you'll be on it the day it ships.

How is this different from MacroPoint / FourKites / Project44?

Those tools are built for shippers to track every load on their books, priced from $30k/year up. TruckRoster is built for brokers to watch their own preferred-carrier roster, priced per ELD. Different problem, different decade, different bill.

Who's behind it

TruckRoster is built by the team behind NinjaTMS — we've been writing freight broker software for years. We built this because every broker we know already runs on a trusted carrier list. We just made it live.
